How do I renew my fax number and or my users?
AT&T users will need to renew each fax number on their account
yearly.
If you are the Account Owner (how can I tell if I'm the Account Owner?
See help entry below this one), follow these steps:
1. Go to the website: http://att.myvfm.com
and Log In. If you can't remember your credentials, click on
Lost Your Password and submit your fax number. Your
credentials will then be emailed to you.
2. On the Welcome page, you will notice red highlighted text that tells
you how many users on your account need to be renewed. Click the
Click here to renew link and follow the prompts. If you do not
wish to renew all of your users, you can click
My Users and select the users you wish to renew.
How can I tell if I'm the Account Owner?
The Account Owner is listed on the Welcome page of the site in the top account
status box. Additionally, when you log into the website you will see no
options for My Account and you will have no options for renewing your fax
number. You will need to contact your Account Owner about having your fax
number renewed at this point.
My Account Owner has left the company. How do I
renew my fax number?
In the case where your Account Owner is no longer with AT&T, you
will need to create your own account at the site
http://att.myvfm.com. Click on the
Sign Up link and complete the steps. Once you are signed up and
have your new fax number, send an email to
support and request that we give you back your old fax number. Make
sure and include both your new and old fax numbers in the email so we can make
the switch.
How do I add new users to my account?
As the Account Owner, you can add as many people to your account as
needed. All new users and future renewals will be charged against the
card you have on file with us.
1. Go to the website: http://att.myvfm.com

2. Click on Show
My Users or go to My Users under the My
Account menu option.
3. Click on the + icon to add a new user or follow this link
Add Users.
4. Fill in the details for your user and click the Save button.
How do I print a receipt?
1. Log on to the site at
http://att.myvfm.com
2. Click My Account
3. Click My Statement
4. Find the receipt you need to print and click on Generate Receipt
5. Click Print/Email This Page
(Note: Older receipts - You may need to change the date range for the listing to see your receipt)
How do I change from .TIF to .PDF attachments?
1. Log on to the site at
http://att.myvfm.com
2. Click My Account
3. See option labled: Preferred Document Type
4. Click PDF
5. Save Changes
(Note: Document password is optional.)
I am leaving AT&T. Can I take my fax number
